• Project details you choose to share, such as the service you want, photos, measurements, timeline and budget.
• How you found us: the page you landed on and advertising tags in the link (for example, which ad you clicked). We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request, schedule estimates and complete your project.
• To send you messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment reminders, quote follow-ups and review requests.
• To understand which advertising works so we spend less to reach homeowners.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we text you about your quote request, appointments and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy.

When we share information

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as needed for warranty, permitting and tax purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for responding to you.
